Dr. Wendy Seay Oliver, MS CCC-SLP,Outspoken Therapy Services
Dr. Oliver holds a PhD in Human Services and a Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of the District of Columbia. She is currently licensed by the State of Georgia and board certified by the American Speech Hearing and Language Association.
She is passionate about helping children communicate effectively.

Mrs. Pena is a Career & Technical Education District Liaison Specialist with the Volusia County School System. She has a Master's in Autism (Exceptional Student Education) and a wealth of knowledge with over 15 years of experience as an educator. She is presenting the "Changing Tides of Autism".
