Baked Hashbrown Casserole

Don't like to cook breakfast.  Why not bake breakfast instead? 

Baked Hashbrown Casserole 


 4 cups frozen Hashbrowns

2/3 cup Cashew Milk

1 tbs Soy Spread

 1/3 cup chopped Onions

1 tsp Salt

3/4 cup Cheddar Style Shreds


  1. Use Soy Spread to cover bottom of baking dish.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except Cheddar Style Shreds.
  3. Pour into baking dish.
  4. Top with Cheddar Style Shreds.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Cool and serve.
